Building permits in Greece must be prepared and signed by TEE-registered architects and engineers. For projects that require a permit, we collaborate with licensed TEE-registered professionals who handle the application, while we coordinate the design and keep the process moving for you.
This is actually our recommended approach. When architecture and interiors are designed together, the result is far more cohesive. We offer combined packages with a streamlined timeline and coordinated budget.
Every architectural project includes 12 months of warranty. Beyond that, we remain available for maintenance consultations and future modifications. Many of our clients return for new projects — our relationship doesn't end at handover.
